Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility Period

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must retain its original packaging, including tags and accessories.

  • The item must not show damage from use, improper handling, or missing parts due to reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

Note: For hygiene reasons, some personal care and health products cannot be returned if the security seal has been opened or the product has been used.

Return Process

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Follow these steps:

  1. Send us an email to contacto@ventumflex.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once the request is approved, we will inform you of the next steps.

  3. The return product must be shipped to: Las Fresas 3889, Comodoro Rivadavia, Chubut, 9000, Argentina.

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the status of your refund approval.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days determined by your bank.

  • If the refund is partial (for example, if the product shows signs of use), you will be notified of the corresponding amount.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items can be refunded. Products purchased during special promotions or with a final discount, unless they have a manufacturing defect, are not eligible for return.

Exchanges and Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or factory-damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contacto@ventumflex.com.

Return Shipping

  • Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility. Initial and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the product cost is over $75 USD (or its equivalent), we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in the mail.
