Ventum Flex Shipping Policy

At Ventum Flex, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Below is a detailed outline of our shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after purchase confirmation. Our team processes orders 7 days a week to ensure maximum speed. Physical dispatch will depend on the collection schedules of logistics companies.

2. Shipping Times

Once the package is dispatched, delivery time depends on the contracted logistics service and your location.

  • Standard Shipping: The estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days.

  • Note: These times are estimates provided by shipping companies and may vary due to external factors (weather conditions, postal delays, remote areas), but we always work to make it as fast as possible.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this code to track the status of your package on the website of the corresponding shipping company.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before completing your purchase, based on your location and package weight. These costs are non-refundable.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: In the event that a package does not arrive at the indicated address according to tracking, we will work with the shipping company to locate it. If the package is confirmed as lost by the logistics company, we will offer a solution (replacement or refund).

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Ventum Flex is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Delays

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping company, responsibility for delivery rests with that company. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics, although we will always be available to help you manage any claims.
